Major Distribution
You know what I have learned about growing as a small company? The bigger you grow, the more middlemen you get. I've learned a lot about major distribution in the last weeks as we have been approached by a major line to work with, however, we don't really work with them, insomuch as we work with their distributor. There are these little details, which is what I expected, but having to pass everything by a company to pass to another company has been a valuable lesson on persistence, patience, and above all a willingness to really listen to what your customer wants. I don't know how far this will go, but I am glad of the education.
